I have been training athletes since 2020 and have been coaching AAU since 2022. I have coached grades 4th-12th grade at Peak Sports Academy in Mountainside, NJ. I typically work with any athlete from 4th grade through college. I do not have any certifications.
I am the all-time leading scorer at Jonathan Dayton High School with over 1500 points and I currently play at Kean University. I also went to Georgian Court University for my first two years of college before I transferred to Kean University. This year I received an all-conference selection while averaging 16.6 ppg.
n a typical session with me, clients can expect an intense and structured workout emphasizing shooting, conditioning, and mental toughness. We begin with a dynamic warm-up, including agility drills and ball handling, to prepare the body and mind. The core of the session focuses on shooting drills—form shooting, spot shooting, off-the-dribble shooting, and game situation scenarios—to improve technique, consistency, and accuracy. Conditioning follows, featuring sprint intervals, suicides, and plyometrics to enhance endurance and explosiveness. Throughout, we integrate mental toughness exercises, such as pressure drills, visualization, and breathing techniques, to build resilience. The session concludes with a cool-down of free throws while tired as an exit ticket.
