More About Coach Dillon
I have helped run and train numerous kids from ages 6-18 at college camps and outside opportunities. I am willing to work with any age group as long as the athlete is willing to learn and be the best they can be in their sport.
I am a top 50 transfer and was a top 50 impact freshmen according to D1 Baseball. I started and threw 50 innings as a freshman at the University of Kentucky. Won numerous academic awards. After Kentucky, I transferred and played my last season at Oklahoma State.
First, I would like to asses the athlete. I want to see where some deficiencies are. Then, I will create a plan that I communicate with the athlete and family that can take them to the next level. This could involve drills, throwing program, etc.
