More About Coach Devin
I have been doing personal training for 3 years now. I've worked with a wide variety of clients from body builders to marathon runners, from and 11 year old girl to a 93 year old woman, from someone who who needs to gain weight to a woman who had the gastric sleeve surgery. I work with all ages. I am certified through the American fitness institute.
I played high school and college softball and am currently planning to compete in a fitness competition within the next year. I played at Lexington Catholic and Bellarmine university
Sessions will vary based on the sport and or goal. Also will vary of the client has any previous or current injuries or limitations. Their plan will be in accordance with their plans from a doctor and or physical therapist. My sessions will focus on building lean muscle mass in a functional way. This will include but not limited to free weight exercises, machines, calisthenics, plyometics, cardio, resistance training, and more.

Communication - instructions are clear, susinct and if you unable to perform an exercise, she will find an equally effective method that you can do. 4. I had saw where Devin had posted on Facebook about people interested in trying a new workout and diet plan. I've been stuck for months at about 205 and my weight wouldn't budge. I was interested in cutting down my body fat and making my waist line thinner. My goals were to cut down my body fat down as much as possible to look better and to lose my love handles. I've been doing the program and with my third week I've noticed the biggest change in my waist and that I'm looking more lean. By doing the workouts day in and day out, I had noticed it was actually paying off. I look more lean and feel a lot better. I've lost 5lbs and I'm not done yet.
