14 yrs of coaching starting from 2003 until present ,training/mentoring athletes. Ages middle,high,collegiate and ABA. Coached for Westside Holistic HS in Chicago, IL where we went to the championship games two out of three years and won in the 2nd year., Coached AAU in Lake and Cook county players from schools such as North Chicago, Zion, Waukegan, Mundelein, Warren Township, Stevenson, Waukegan, Oak Park, Crane, Proviso East/West, Farragut, Whitney Young, & during that duration put together over 100 plus tournament wins through sectors such as Joy of the Game and NAYS, North American Youth Sports and launched my own youth organization in IL/abroad allowing me to further train collegiate and ABA/Pro AM circuit players.

I've played grade and high school ball in Chicago, IL at Robert Nathaniel Dett and Richard T. Crane where players such as Will Bynum and Tony Allen learned the game from. I decided to began coaching at an very early age instead of the pursuit of playing collegiate ball due to wanting to own my own organization and have studied the game of basketball from elementary up until my adult years.

All of my techniques towards the game of basketball is taught but I strongly teach the game inside the game, ball handling drills, defensive recovery drills, catch and shoot, playing without the ball drills, IQ passing, how to feed the post, outlet pass, bounce passes, shooting drills from all points of the floor, rigorous routine of repetition but added ways to create space, blow by moves, power dribble hand & eye coordination techniques dribble drills, footwork, speed adjustment drills to the flow of the game, verbal techniques of speaking in confidence and developing the correct mindset while doing drills. I use strong motivational speaking in all sessions.
