From 3rd grade to college graduation, I have been playing lacrosse. That gives me 13 years of strictly playing experience, while in college I also coached at the middle school level. I now coach at Marietta High School. and I enjoy teaching young girls the fundamentals and skills necessary for the game of lacrosse. I help girls grow in the sport but also grow as students and young ladies, while I grow along side of them. While teaching I also make the environment fun for the girls as they learn.
I strongly focus on fundamentals before anything else. I held many records in college and felt very accomplished and I strive to push the girls I train to reach any goals they may have for themselves. I know what is expected of a student athlete at each level, and what it will take to perform at each level.
I have been training my little cousins and other friends and relatives since very young ages. I officially began coaching at the middle school level as a Junior in college at East Paulding Middle School in Dallas, Georgia. I am now a college graduate from Kennesaw State University and I coach High School lacrosse at Marietta High School in Marietta, Ga. I love coaching at Marietta. I began coaching for Marietta in 2017 when they began their program at the school. For our inaugural season we came out with a winning record and some of my girls were recognized by colleges. The girls recognized trained with the colleges they were recognized by over the summer. With a majority of my girls being 8th graders at the time, it was big having them recognized. Also, many of the girls I coach also played with Hotlanta Lacrosse. I enjoy watching these ladies grow.
I am an active member of US Lacrosse which allows me to stay informed of any new rules, and any clinics or coach courses that are available.

I competed at Point University in West Point Georgia where I received:
- First-Team All Conference
- National Women's Lacrosse League Honorable Mention All American
- Most goals shot/scored, most ground balls, most points per game, most assists.
- Point University Player of the Week (3x)
- NAIA Player of the Week (1x)
I also participated in Club Lacrosse at Kennesaw State University where I finished my career.

I work on the basic fundamentals first and foremost. From there as I see fit I move into drills and agility to work that focuses on ones footwork, speed, and skills all in one.
The fundamentals consist of passing, catching, cradling and ground-balls. Agility will consist of quick feet drills, defensive slides, back peddling, and acceleration. Lastly, skills consist of agility and fundamentals combined. As players advance, they will be able to begin working on dodging, and other stick tricks.
