I have over 10 years experience of coaching and training young athletes, from the ages of five to collegiate level. I have worked all over Hampton Roads Virginia, NC, Rhode Island, FL, D.C. I usually work with middle and high school players.

Clients will be expected to work to their highest potential, have high energy from start to finish, they should also expect each drill to be broken down depending on level of competency. Drills will consist of Precision Dribbling, Shooting, Rebounding, Footwork/Agility, Game Simulation, along with effective feedback to ensure they are understanding and mastering the skill.
