I'm a NASM Certified Fitness Professional with a basketball history! I hold Fitness boot camps and summer basketball camps for the youth. I've done skills training for athletes from ages 8yrs-18yrs and fitness training from 5yrs-70yrs of age. After a few years of training here and there I realized that my passion is in inspiring and teaching the youth!

In high school, I lettered in basketball as a sophomore and was the team captain of a squad that was a game shy of making the state tournament. During those years I was awarded with the Most Improved Player, Offensive MVP, Charge Award, and First Team All-District in Region 5A in Texas. I was offered scholarships from multiple Junior Colleges in Texas and Louisiana but decided to focus on my academics continue my education in kinesiology.

Each session with me will be designed specifically for the client or clients at hand. I take in consideration the goal desired, the wants, the needs and the current ability of the client when programming a plan. Fundamentals and the basics are always implemented and polished regardless of the clients talent level.
