Currently the Boy's Varsity Assistant coach at LuHi(Long Island Lutheran). I have been coaching/training for about a decade now with a specialization in player development. I have worked with athletes from 2nd grade and up to the professionals. I am currently the player development coach for LuHi who is a national ranked high school program where we send multiple d1 kids to college each year. While working with youth athletes, I like to focus on teaching the fundamentals of basketball along with building mental toughness and life skills as well. I started my own travel basketball program this year called Empire Youth Athletics. I have been blessed to have trained athletes who have attended the following colleges: Indiana U, LSU, Uconn, Dayton, Stony Brook, St.John's, Kentucky, etc.

Alongside NBA player Tobias Harris, I won the NYS Federation class A championship my senior year of High School at LuHi in the 2008-2009 season. Before attending LuHi, I attended Lawrence High School and started playing Varsity basketball as a freshman. I was honored all conference my first three years at Lawrence before transferring to LuHi. I then competed at the D3 collegiate level at SUNY Brockport. I played and started all four years and finished 4th all time in assist in Brockport Basketball History. I also led the conference in assist for two years.

During a session with me, a client can expect a high energy and passionate coach that truly wants them to learn, get better, and have fun while doing so. During my workouts, I focus on all aspects of the game: Dribbling, fundamentals(pivoting, jump stops, etc.), variety of different shooting drills, attack moves with counters, in game movements, and more !
