More About Coach Dennis
I have 12 years experience in baseball with 4 years of coaching. I started coaching in RI with the Rays travel baseball program . I was an assist coach and also a pitching instructor. I was there for 2 years until I found my home at Team Mizuno USA in Plymouth Ma. I am the head pitching instructor for our program and help youth baseball players from age 7-18. I am dedicated to help youth athletes become better and more efficient pitchers.

Currently playing in Cranberry League for Acushnet Aztec.
During a typical lesson we will focus on mechanic and the proper way to throw a baseball. We will also work on different pitch types according to age. Depending if it's an hour or half hour lesson we will work on pitching drills according to the clients level of pitching. After drills we will proceed to pitching off the mound working on proper mechanics. I will also talk with clients about the mentality you should have while pitching in games.
