A typical session with me includes development of the holistic athlete. Sometimes the best sessions require very little sweat. Observing basketball especially at the youth level -- most players have or even exceed the required skill level to be successful; but lack the knowledge of who, what, when, where. In addition to skills training, players can expect an equal amount of attention to their body, feet and movements.
