I am one of Northern New Jersey area's elite basketball
trainers. With over a decade of training and coaching experience,
I can help you or your child at any age to hone their skills for
competitive basketball.

I bring a lot of basketball knowledge from a variety of levels
including working with current College players, Amateur Athletics Union
athletes (AAU), and all levels of High School as well. I have an Aau
program 3D Cougar Basketball tha has seen continued success in it's quest to
become one of New Jerseys premiere basketball Club's. Winning a State
title and also placing 4th in the Njaau state tournament. As the former
Director of both the Nj Monarchs and N.J Goat's I have shown
that I have what it takes to help any average Town Rec player make a
smooth transition to more competitive Aau basketball.
Besides my proven record of success, what separates me from
most coaches is my ability and commitment to helping players improve physically and mentally. I deeply instills values of Discipline, Dedication and Determination that don't just show up on the court but off the court in life as well. l will challenge and engage with players to develop their technical skills, while learning ethical approaches to the game as well. As a spectator you will not observe a any athlete under my
tutelage engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct. Through extensive and firm guidelines , I promote academic excellence, and encourage kids and and adults to
participate in community service. I volunteer my time in the
local Paterson N.J city league as a coach to reinforce positive and constant
encouragement to in some cases at risk youth. Players under my guidance
are pushed to their maximum potential in hopes for a successful and
productive life.

As a Coach I have been a program Director of the Nj Monarchs and Nj Goats as well as lead Coach . Also started my own Aau program that is currently one the better youth programs of teaching up tempo detailed basketball.

All sessions vary never try to stay with the same routine
I have a very exstensive repertoire of ball handling drill as well as shooting, defensive, post moves, one on one, physical conditioning and lateral movement training I definitely pack it all in an hour.
