I have my own company Unleashsomeonemorecapable and have worked for American Family Fitness out of Spotsylvania, VA. At the gym I would routinely book 15-20 sessions a week and independently I had 8-10 clients at a given time. I have also worked with HS Football players and track athletes. I was certified previously through ISSA but since has lapsed.

I am a former US Marine and held a green belt in mixed martial arts (MCMAP) and also competed
in taekwondo as a teenager. I played HS football, little league baseball and county basketball in the state of FL.

High Intensity Boot Camp style workout to get you burning calories and ready to conquer your day. Boxing drills, running, jumping, weights, bands, bodyweight exercises. Keep the clients moving then work mobility issues if needed. I start from where they are, nothing uncomfortable or would cause injury. All clients will go through and initial screening to confirm they are ready to begin a training regimen.
