I have trained many professional athletes and a few children as well. I have coached semi-pro in Savannah, GA(Savannah Cavaliers), I also did player development for the team. I typically work with adults 18-25 but I have trained 10-11 year old kids as well.

I unfortunately didn't compete collegiate so, I decided I was going to join the Army. I did however, compete at an professional level and played semi-pro for 4 years before being presented with a great opportunity to work with others and see players get better and reach their potential.

Any client can expect to being focused on bettering their IQ, shooting, conditioning, and dribbling. Any client will be get pushed to be at their best, but also learn why certain drills are effective and efficient for practice and for game time.
