I am currently the varsity baseball pitching coach at Shrewsbury High School. I have experience training athletes that are kids, teens, and adults. I have been fortunate to be coached by players and coaches that have been and are now currently in the major leagues or played and coached at the professional level. Pitching is an art of a mental approach and physical work that is a consistent art of Muscle memory. The collegiate baseball teams I was apart of wouldn't have been so successful if it wasn't for the coaches we had teaching us the mental approaches in baseball on the mound and in the batters box, how to read the hitters stance, how to throw pitches (2seam/sinker, curveball, slider, splitter, change up) imagery, conditioning and arm maitenence. Pitching, catching, and baseball is my passion and sharing my knowledge that other professional coaches have taught me can be used for success if the work is it in physically and mentally.

I played 4years of varsity baseball at Shrewsbury high school as a pitcher and catcher. I was a 3 sport captain and awarded male athlete of the year my senior year. I went on toCushing academy to play baseball and football and earned defensive player of the year in baseball. I then went on the endicott college where I was a pitcher and after injury at ending I transferred to Anna Maria College where we won the ECAC (easter coast athletic conference) championship my sophomore year runner up in the ECAC my junior and senior year. I was named Gmac pitcher of the week several times, I was also named league GNAC all star my senior year, I was also named onto the Worcester Area college all star team my junior and senior year. At one point during the season I had pitched 62 inning and had only recorded 4 walked and 1 hit by pitch.

I will be doing strictly pitching lessons for boys and men.

- bands/arm strength/velocity/ accuracy
-mechanical drills/improve balance/ pitching mechanics
- breaking pitch drills/how to throw for ground balls/ fly balls / and when the hitter is bunting.
- mental approach on the mound/reading fouls balls and hitter stance
