More About Coach Dean
I have over 20 years experience coaching baseball from tee-ball aged teams to 14 year olds. Specializing in one-on-one sessions with ages 6-12. I was a high school Athletic Director for 14 years so I work with my clients on the tools needed not only now but also as they move on to the next level. I've also coached varsity football and JV lacrosse at the high school level.
Was a two-sport athlete in high school (football and baseball) and played baseball at the Junior College level. I was a captain of my junior college baseball team.
A typical session with me is high energy with a lot of reps. Depending on what the client is looking to get out of the session is where drills will be catered. I break down techniques and focus on putting it all together in little pieces.
