More About Coach Dayton

I have been a personal trainer for the past 2 years training at Boston Sports Club, Olympic Fitness, Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness, and independently. I specialize in strength, fat loss, and mobility. My certifications include a CPT from the NSCA, LROME, UXF, TRX, and AED & CPR.

I was a varsity athlete in lacrosse and football in high school, earning captain both my senior years in each sport. In football for high school I won 3 state championships, and 2 all-state honors. In college I excelled in football for 4 years and went on to play professional football in Ireland for a season. I am proficient in weightlifting, fat loss routines, and core strengthening.

Sessions will usually include a full body warm up followed by strength workouts involving free weights,body weight, and functional training. Functional training will include bands, ropes, TRX bands; all helping to improve strenght, core and flexibility! Depending on your specific goals the session may be more weight intensive or circuit intensive.
