Coached consistently at all levels and leagues ranging in ages 9 to 18 since 2003. Leagues included recreational baseball, little league, Nations Baseball (travel), AAU (travel), and High School. Specifically, I spent several years with the Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach and now co-own/manage a year around Virginia Beach based travel league program that ranges in ages from 9-13.

Very active in sports over the years. As with most players, I started out at the Little League level then progressed into Pony and travel baseball. I enlisted in the US Navy but continued to play ball when and where I could by actively playing and coaching men's softball. Resumed coaching baseball 2003 and haven't looked back. I am currently working on my Accredited Interscholastic Certification (AIC) with the NFHS.

This is an example plan. For your session(s), the actual training plan will be specialized and shortened for an individual workout. Example plan: Warm up poles, stretching (both static and dynamic), form running, few short sprints, throwing (various distance and positions), infield/outfield drills that concentrated on footwork and getting around the ball, hitting drills that concentrated on seven steps of hitting, full field work that worked cuts from the outfield, sprints, cool down stretches.
