More About Coach David
I have 3 years of experience training kids the game of basketball. I also am a head trainer at PWP (Playing With Purpose) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have trained kids of all ages including high school, middle school and college.
I played Division 1 basketball for Oral Roberts and was a Grad Assistant coach as well. I went from being a manager on the team, to playing on the team. I know what hard work does, and I have the experience and wisdom that needs to be shared to others. While playing I was a walk-on who ended up becoming a starter. If anyone understands player development, it's me. I have a passion for this and will do well.
I like to know what kind of player I am working with so I can come ready and prepared with a detailed workout. My training sessions will be very purposeful, game-like, and game speed. I push people hard while balancing it with high energy and encouragement. My main focus is to improve a ball player, not run them through clown drills.
