I am a Level 2 Ganon Baker Certified Skills Trainer. I have been providing private basketball sessions in the northern Virginia area for the past four years. But have been training and coaching for the past 15 consecutive years.

During my skills training sessions, I start all with a dynmaic warmup followed by intense skill and footwork development, dribbling, moving with and without the ball, shooting and tons of repetition. When my trainee is ready, we play live 1-on-1 games to stimulate game context.

In order to experience optimal improvement, I encourage athletes/parents to sign up for 4 sessions. After the 4th session, I will provide the player a comprehensive feedback report on areas that they do well and areas that require further improvement. The athletes will also be provided a 10 question quiz to test their knowledge gained over the past four sessions. Basketball without knowledge of how to play the game is a dead-end proposition.
