More About Coach David

I have worked with the VAST Track Club in Tampa, FL which has produced several All Americans as well has nationally ranked club athletes. I was also a previous USATF Level 1 Certified Coach. At the moment, I am working at Elevation Preparatory Academy as a strength and conditioning coach where i help my athletes improve their power, strength, speed, and agility.

I competed at the DIII level of track and field at DePauw University. While there, I studied Kinesiology (sports science) and followed that by studying Exercise and Nutrition Science at The University of Tampa where I obtained my Masters Degree. I have a track record of helping athletes improve their speed an agility and am constantly learning of ways to improve my craft.

A typical session will include:
a comprehensive warmup specifically for speed training
hip mobility
glute activation
speed and agility workout
comprehensive cool-down
