More About Coach David

I graduated from Virginia Intermont College (VIC) in May of 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. During my three years at VIC, I was extremely dedicated to the soccer team as a defender for two years after transferring from playing at Catonsville community college. In my third year, I was a student assistant to the soccer program. I then progressed to become the full time assistant coach in the 2012 and 2013 seasons. During my time as assistant coach, I helped the program get to two straight conference championship games, a feat not seen since 2006. I then took a soccer coaching position at a premier soccer club in Boston Massachusetts called Abbey Villa where we were one of the top ranked soccer clubs in the state of Massachusetts. I then took a senior staff coaching position at a top training soccer academy called 360soccer in Chester Springs, PA.

During my three years at VIC, I was extremely dedicated to the soccer team as a defender for two years after transferring from playing at Catonsville community college. In my third year, I was a student assistant to the soccer program. During My senior season at Randallstown High school I was named a team captain and made the Baltimore county senior All-star game. I also made the Region 20 all star game as a sophmore at Catonsville Community College.

During a typical session I have a dynamic array of drills I use to improve players foot skills and first touch. I also would focus on passing distribution and combination play. This will then lead in to shooting/finishing. Additionally, I focus a lot on ladder footwork and individual 1v1 defending.

David is a great coach. Really knows how to work on developing skill. Grrat motivator. Put my son through a great workout. Drills were challenging. Will schedule again and highly recommend.

The session was a birthday surprise for our son who wanted to sharpen his soccer skills. Coach David was really what he was looking for. My son was really happy after with the coach. He loved the techniques coach David taught him. It was an amazing session.

David has trained with both my children. He's helping improve goalie skills for my son and defensive techniques for my daughter. Both kids have enjoyed his coaching style.
