More About Coach Daveon
Full Speed Ahead Sports Performance. I train all ages. I have been training people for 5-6 years now. Essentially from agility and footwork to post-up moves and reading the floor.
Currently play for Nellis AFB basketball team. Played collegiate ball at Black Hawk College in Moline, Illinois. I played All Air Force and was a silver medalist. Hand-selected to play Armed Forces point guard for Team USA in SHAPE (Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe) in Mons, Belgium which became a Gold Medalist. Played all over the world - Germany, Turkey, Guam, Korea, Japan and Belgium.
Different packages are available based upon how you want to develop your game:
Package 1: BACK 2 BASICS
This package is for athletes that are new to the game of basketball or want to recalibrate any bad habits. This package will consist of various beginner level dribbling and shooting drills with an emphasis on fundamentals.
Package 2: HANDS DOWN MAN DOWN
This package is a shooters best friend and offers a variety of different shooting drills. Good shooters can shoot off the dribble, coming off screens and knock down open shots. With this package, we will progress from basic level form shooting to advanced game simulated shots. This package will also contain a segment of footwork drills.
Package 3: FLOOR GENERAL
This package helps enhance a guard’s basketball IQ by focusing on advanced ball handling drills, attacking ball screens, and creating offense off the dribble. As you improve you will learn how to read defenses, enhance footwork, and learn a new combo move each session.
Package 4: MOUSE IN THE HOUSE
This package is for athletes that want to take advantage of the low post. This package will help you learn and develop post moves in order to take advantage of size or quickness. With an emphasis on position and footwork, we will progress from basic finishes at the rim to advanced face up moves.
Package 5: JUMP OUT THE GYM
This package is for athletes trying to improve their explosiveness. This package will include various athletic drills to improve vertical leaping ability, foot speed, and mid-range jumper.
Package 6: ALL AROUND DEVELOPMENT
This package is for athletes trying to improve in their overall game. This package will include various drill sets to include ball handling shooting, footwork, defensive, and conditioning drills.
*Bonus Package: STUDENT OF THE GAME
This package is for athletes with a desire to be true students of the game. If you send Coach K game film, he will provide coaching feedback on the do's and don'ts of your game. This is critical for players wanting to play on the next level.
