As a professional baseball coach, we are the highest authority on teaching the best techniques for player success. Players are taught hitting, pitching and fielding in the same manor as the pros both physically in mechanics and mentally in way pro players think and approach the game. Coach Dave has coached pros, college, high school and youth baseball and has been a vital coach for players for several years by refining and polishing their skills.

4 time coach of the year, Coach Dave played college ball at Fresno State and signed with the Boston Red Sox as a catcher playing 5 years in the minors. Coach Dave managed in pro ball 14 years and 11 with the Boston Red Sox. Coach Dave helped develop several major league players while with the BoSox including Jeff Bagwell, Curt Schilling, Roger Clemens, Brady Anderson, Ellis Burks, Jody Reed, Paul Quantril, Josias Manzanillo and John Flaherty among others.

Coach Dave will utilize each players strengths and then begin to to add the necessary techniques to help the player improve their game. Whether its throwing, hitting, pitching or fielding Coach Dave helps each player incorporate the techniques used by the pros in order to help them simulate how professional ball players make the game look so easy. Amazing with my young son. He allowed my son to be himself yet able to keep him focused on the task. He loved his time and wouldn't stop talking about what he had learned and it was just the first session.

Dave Holt was hired to educate two of my sons on the fundamentals of baseball - hitting, catching, throwing, and pitching. He had a mature professional approach in dealing with young adults, one that I find similar to that of a college full professor who has mastered the skills and techniques necessary to teach successfully. I have also watched Dave teach and guide college level student athletes during his summer seasons with the Salinas Packers. He did an outstanding professional job of running both the team and the business. I believe Dave to be a great educator and coach.
I have known Dave for many years, he was raised in a baseball family, has played, coached & taught the game his entire life. Players would not only be taught how to execute the skills of the game through drills, but gain knowledge of the proper & right way the game should be played. This strength of Dave’s is what sets him apart from many other coaches & teachers lacking his knowledge & experience. .
Dave Holt is one of the best baseball minds I've ever been around. He does a great job of keeping things simple in an age where everyone is trying to complicate things.Having played and managed the game for years, Dave truly knows baseball inside and out. This book is evidence of that, covering everything from pitching mechanics to injury prevention to the mental side.Furthermore, it breaks down many of the things I look for in amateur pitchers as an Area Scout. Overall a great read for a parent or coach wanting the best for their players.
