Aerreon Payne trained under me as a 9 yr. old thru 10th grade(4 yrs. Unified-N-Flight coach/2yrs. Ellet High School Women's T&F coach) Division 1 Student athletes, many who aren't attending a Division 1 college yet are competing very well towards their degrees through sports while earning them-which I'am the most proudest of by far....to assist in a young person's goals in Life!
Work!!! Encouragement, instruction, reps, drills based on entry skill level meet & greet, warm up, isolation stretches, Dynamic Warm up blood following right! Lol Foot drills, starts-(drive phase,acceleration,) Relaxed top end work here-gotta look Nice! Here speed work time, fast twitch, up tempo's flying 30's mostly acceleration repeats...it's a must to facilitate speed & turn over rates-No need to move slow while completing right? Rap up time,here comes the mother load Strength Work,principle here if our legs is our foundation must be strong,Plyo's leg work will be applied appropriately-KEY word! To many times work load is placed on an athlete either before time age! Load is to great to soon with not enough recovery time included...burns me up too! ISO stretches with cool down laps... that's pretty much a rap👌 Session one over & out!
