I have 40 plus years as an athlete and coach of many sports. I played football, basketball, baseball and ran track as well as participated in cross country throughout high school. Earn a college athletic scholarship for baseball and was a four (4) year starter. Coach and trained athletes for the past 20 plus years in numerous sports. Currently employed by the City of Daytona Beach, Florida as a recreational leader, game day operations staff for high school and college football. Also double as a person trainer and weight loss staff at Dickerson center in Daytona Beach, Florida Monday through Friday weekly.

A three year (3) starter for New Smyrna Beach High School from 1976 to 1978. Most Valuable player as a junior and senior for New Smyrna Beach High School. All area baseball and all conference baseball for 3 years straight from 1976 to 1978. After 38 years still have New Smyrna Beach High School home run record for home runs in one game with three (3) , season eight (8), and career eighteen (18). Stolen base record of career 30 for 30. A four (4) year starter in college for Bethune-Cookman college from 1978 to 1983. Earned college Freshman of the year in 1979. College baseball most Valuable player 1980 and 1981. 1983 college baseball most Outstanding Senior. Selected in 1983 for the Pan - America and Olympics baseball try-outs for the top 100 collegiate baseball players in the United States. Student baseball coach at Bethune-Cookman college 1984.

Typical session of one (1) hour would consist of stretching, base running, throwing close and far distance, fielding pop-ups and ground balls, batting practice, visual observations of hitting, throwing and fielding techniques. Focusing on individual weaknesses by turning them into individual strengths.
