More About Coach Daron

I have coached both boys and girls from high school down through elementary age ball players. My coaching has included both individual sessions as well as team settings.

I grew up in Indiana where basketball is a large part of the culture. In high school I was all-conference 2 years, MVP my senior year, and all-state honorable mention my senior year averaging 18 ppg. I went on to play NCAA Division 3 ball in college.

Our session will be focused on fundamentals and technique. Strengthening these very basic facets of the game leads to a more intelligent player. In the end, smart players are better team players and can compensate for any deficiencies in their game while maximizing their strengths. Dribbling, shooting, passing, boxing out, pick and roll, footwork and defense are a few of the things we will work on.
