More About Coach Dan

I have trained a few physique competitors one of which took 1st in his division in teens in npc and 3rd in open, have also worked with a few friends who don’t compete to help them grow towards their goals and saw a significant change in the matter of a few months! Am willing to work with any age group and NASM certified as a personal trainer.

I competed in a OCB physique competition in 2017 and took third and also took 2nd in a powerlifting competition a month prior to that. The powerlifting competition was unsanctioned by revolution powerlifting and I placed in it while prepping for a physique competition which is incredibly hard to do!

The session all depends on your specific goals, it could range from heavy lifting, learning specific techniques, cardio and high volume work. All of this also depends on the level of experience of the clients.
