More About Coach Dan
I have been playing baseball my entire life, and recently had to give it up after college. I was an All-League shortstop in high school on Long Island, and became the Vice President of the club team for the University at Albany in New York. Baseball has given me so much in my life and I feel as though I need to give back. For the past 8 summers I worked as a coach at the Smithtown Recreation baseball camp on Long Island, NY. Since I have moved to Columbia, I have missed working with young adults to develop their skills and become better players. It is very rewarding for me to share my knowledge and skills of the game to young players.
