A 20-year veteran trainer recognized as an expert in the field of Sports Performance and Strength and Conditioning. I am an Ignite 360 Performance trainer, previous Combine 360 with IMG Academies. I worked with age groups from 8-75 years old from pro to regular folks.
I am ex pro basketball player from Argentina. Former college player and high school standout. I have also coached in various basketball camps and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in motivating athletes to improve their game.
My programming is focused on properly on-boarding athletes through integrated, dynamic and performance phases that include purposeful progressions, regressions, movement variables, proper mix of workout components and active coaching that focuses on knowing your clients, mapping your plan, sharing expectations, building confidence, keeping things fresh, and delivering a world-class experience through positive motivation, drive & passion. Ultimately, these athletes enter the "Infinity Program" of Ignite Performance Training and become stronger, more athletic and fitter than ever before. This training programming course will translate the IGNITE 360 training methodology through the consumer lens and show you how to fully utilize the methods, techniques and protocols involved with this proven system to "Train the Athlete in Everyone".
