1 hour sessions of hard work, with the main focus on improving the fundamentals of soccer (receiving,passing,shooting,dribbling and agility). The session topic for the day will dictate the session drills to increase repetition and gradually see improvement throughout the session. I love to see players develop but I get more joy when they are developing while having fun.
