I have coached athletes of all ages (4-21) individually and through small group training for three years, skill levels ranging from MLS players to kids kicking a ball for the first time. Prior to this, I interned as a coach at DC United where I planned out, set up, and coached training sessions for the younger age groups. I am equipped to, and have coached all different levels of skill and experience, ranging from just starting to play, to a Division 1 recruit going into his senior year of high school

From ages 10-12, I spent time training at some of the most prestigious academies in the world: Real Madrid, Ajax, Inter Milan, and more. Following this, I joined DC United's academy, where I spent all of my high school years and was captain my last year in addition to practicing with the professional team. I then went on to play Division 1 soccer at Temple University, where we were ranked in the top 30 of all schools, and now I am coaching,

In a typical session with me, clients can expect to receive skill based training through a number of different drills and in game scenarios that best help them with the different areas their game needs improvement. We will always have a good warm up first, and then we will get into that skill work. The specific drills that follow depend on the level and needs of the client. For example, if the athlete is a high level player that wants to improve as an outside defender, we will work on 1v1 scenarios both attacking and defending, crossing, and close range dribbling through cones to name a few. It is important to note I put a big emphasis on having fun. I think the player learns and improves most when they are enjoying the work they're doing, so I make sure there is a good energy in the session.
