Generic Session:
Warm up: 10-15 minutes Dynamic warm up (w/without ball) & Static Stretching.
Activity 1: 15-20 minutes Passing/Receiving with progression (repetition to building good habits + cognitive development)
Activity 2: 20-30 minutes focusing on the essential subject of the day/week with progression
Wrap up: 5 minutes Lesson review & goal setting for the following session

Element Goals:
A well-designed warm-up will increase blood flow, muscle temperature, core temperature, and also disrupt temporary connective tissue bonds. These effects will have the following positive effects on performance:
Mental readiness
Physical readiness
Injury prevention
Performance enhancement
Technically - Players will typically get between 500-1000 touches in this short span of time.

Activity 1: The most essential technical skill category to master is Passing and Receiving! When top coaches talk about "First Touch" they are referring to the passing and receiving element of the game.
Players will get 300+ passing and receiving touches. Players will be challenged technically, physically, and cognitively.

Activity 2: Activity 2 is customized to the individual needs of the player. All players have strengths and weaknesses. We must identify those areas and engage those elements where we can get the greatest return on investment(improve performance in the game).

Wrap up: This is an opportunity to focus in on the topics of the session. Also to communicate the expectations and establish a plan of action until we meet next.

Daniel is fantastic. Great initial assessments and has a great plan to focus into areas of improvement. Always makes it a challenging session and provides thorough feedback.

Coach Daniel is nonstop. He explains and immediately gets to a drill. He pushes the player and gets the hour of training in 100%.

Coach Daniel has been great with my son. I reached out to him when my son was asked to try out for an elite soccer team and he was great in prepping him for the try out. Thank you Daniel!

Coach Daniel has great rapport with the kids and really gets them involved in a variety of skill -building activities. Both my kids have shown improvement since we began the training sessions.

Coach Daniel is a great fit for my son. Can’t wait to see the fruits of his coaching.

Great coach!

Coach Daniel is helping my son learn how to improve his defending capabilities, by showing him what he currently does and what he should be doing to correct it. He slow-motion recorded his footwork so he can see for himself and bring awareness to that correction. As a result, his confidence has been boosted. He also helped him understand his role as a defender. By closely observing my son, Coach Daniel has been able to identify that how much my son really knows the game or more specifically his role for his position. He explained it in a manner where he understands his role is to "DELAY" the play so his teammates can assist and shift accordingly. As a result, his approach or effort is now different.

Coach Daniel is truly an amazing coach. My daughter is 15 years old and has trained with several professional players.Coach Daniel is hands down the best coach she has ever worked with, for several reasons: He is so knowledgeable about the game and notices the small details about a players skills that need to be fixed or improved like no other coach that we have seen.My daughter has learned so many things about improving her technique and skills in every aspect of the game in just three lessons with Daniel. His eye for detail is incredible, his passion for the game, his own skill set as a former division 1 college player and professional player ensures he can demonstrate the skills he is teaching.Coach Daniel will absolutely improve any player he works and at a price that is surprisingly reasonable. We are very happy and grateful that we found coach Daniel.

Daniel was so flexible with us and met up with us at the exact location and time of our choosing. Within minutes he had both of my kids laughing, running and learning! They absolutely LOVE their training sessions with him. He makes it really fun and they enjoy it very much. The drills are exciting but also very purposeful and you can see the thought behind each one in helping them become better players. He is passionate and caring and an overall great coach. Two thumbs up and 5 stars all day.

Just finished our first session. He seems very knowledgeable. He exhibits patience and explains the drills both in terms of how to do them and the goal and purpose of doing them. He is honest with assessment and his goals. We look forward to continuing this relationship into the future.

Makes training fun and relates to younger kids easily

Did a great job and understood how to motivate my 4 year old! I know will be rebooking.

Our son trained with Coach Daniel for 4 weeks over the summer while we were visiting the Southbay. He fine-tuned his offense and even some of his defensive skill set a great deal. We can highly recommend Coach Daniel, who goes out of his way to accommodate your schedule. He has a great eye for details and what needs to get done. We will give you a call again when we are back in town !! Thanks again !!

Coach Daniel was great, exactly what we were looking for. He had lots of fun drills and my kids had a blast while training:). We will definitely use him again when we are in town.

Coach Daniel is an awesome coach! Makes the game and learning fun and exciting.

Really great first training session with Coach Daniel! We’ve only had 1 training session so far but loved Coach Daniel. We’re excited for the training, knowledge and love for the game that he will share with our daughter. You can tell he 100% understand the game so completely and has a love for the sport. - C.D

Coach Daniel is fantastic! The first session with Coach Daniel left a great impression with our young (recently turned 7yo) son. On our way back to our car, our son asked when he can work with Coach Daniel again. I immediately booked three more sessions.

Our session consisted of the following:
* Initial Assessment (5 minutes)
* Light drills (5 minutes)
* Drills (dribbling, agility, and technique) all under the guise of games.

A few things I really appreciated with our session:

Coach Daniel did a fantastic job in reassuring my son, who was naturally nervous about meeting his coach for the first time.

Explanation of the drills so that both my son and we can understand the end goal.

Things we can work on as a family before our next session.

I would strongly recommend Coach Daniel without hesitation.

I can tell you with all honesty that Coach Daniel is the BEST coach my children have had. He speaks their language. I love the way he asks engaging questions. I truly think he is amazing. I'm just sad we didn't start our kids sooner. D(8) and J(10) feel the same way. Thanks.
