Personal trainer for soccer teams and basketball teams in new Jersey ( where I'm from) along with individual coaching and training. I work as a private trainer now for soccer and basketball. The age groups I work with are any where between 5-25
I have played soccer and basketball for over 15 years and have been coaching and training for over 7 years. I have made states many times for my traveling teams along with school teams for both soccer and basketball. I have played for Kean University in new Jersey in basketball and soccer and have won many many medals and awards. Teams I have trained and coached have walked away from a season winning every game or coming close to it. My players have made mvp, made teams they have tried out for along with made collage teams. For both soccer and basketball.
I work with the individual needs from my players. I work on techniques drills that will help with techniques in soccer or basketball. I will watch and correct you till you have it down 100%. I have drills to improve the sport you are playing or wish to play. You can expect to be a better player with just one session
