More About Coach Danielle

I’ve trained several athletes from middle school to high school to college on speed and agility. This has helped them prepare for tryouts or upcoming seasons. These athletes have been for a variety of sports such as soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey. I have knowledge in a vast amount of sports.

I competed at Nichols College in cross country and track & field. I also coached men’s and women’s cross country and track for three years. I grew up playing a lot of different sports.

Athletes can expected for all drills to explain why we do them. They will be asked their goals and the drills will be geared towards their goals. Each practice will include a warm up and cool down which will include stretching.
