With over 20 years in the fight game and more than 100 amateur bouts, I’ve walked the walk—from Olympic trials to pro titles. I’ve fought under the lights at Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center, capturing championships like the WBC Fecarbox and ABO Jaguar belt. Now, I bring that same championship mindset to the people I train.
As a certified USA Boxing coach, I specialize in developing fighters at every level—from beginners learning fundamentals to seasoned pros sharpening tools for war. I also train everyday clients who want to lose weight, build discipline, and move with confidence like a fighter.
Whether it’s mitt work, strength and conditioning, or mental toughness—my coaching delivers real results. My sessions blend old-school grit with new-school science. Expect sweat, structure, and strategy.

Born and raised in Woodhaven, Queens, I turned a passion for boxing into a legacy built on grit, skill, and heart. With over 100 amateur fights, I earned my stripes early—becoming a New York Empire State Games Gold Medalist, 152 lb Metro Champion, and Golden Gloves Semifinalist.
I turned pro in 2012 and never looked back. Over the years, I’ve fought on some of the biggest stages in boxing—including Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center—against top-tier competition. I hold a professional record of 22 wins, 4 losses, and 1 draw, earning multiple titles along the way:
