I am currently a NYC Physical Education teacher and a coach of numerous middle school sports teams that include basketball, flag football, weight lifting and volleyball. Also, I am a currently the Head Coach of the Adams St. Girls Varsity Basketball Team. Some of my high school students went on to have successful careers as collegiate athletes. Furthermore, to gain experience in the coaching field I was a volunteer assistant men’s basketball coach for several months at Kingsborough Community College.

First, an assessment of the client's overall skills will take place. I need to determine your strengths and your weaknesses and come up with a workout plan from there. My focus is more on fundamental skills and basic movement patterns. In addition, I zone in on strength training and plyometrics to improve my client's athleticism. As the client leaps into the right direction, the drills will become more difficult and the client will progress to eventually reach their goals. There are drills to improve shooting, lay ups, ball handling, passing, defense, reading defenses, coming off of screens, how to set a screen, pick and rolls etc.
