Daniel Furlong

I have coached two years of high school rugby at Davis H.S. I have also helped out with the St. Mary's College of California Rugby team over the years. I work with all age groups, but I currently train mostly seniors and adults. I have spent the past five years training folks with a unique method that is fun and effective. I am also a licensed attorney in California. .

I was a member of the Saint Mary's College Rugby team. Currently, the program has 3 of the past 4 national championships. I was named to the regional all-star team that won a national championship. I also completed a training program for the GSP MMA DvD workout videos, where I learned many of the multi-joint movements that I use in my training.

I integrate running, catching, throwing, kicking, and MMA movements into a workout that involves weights, balls and other implements. My workouts are adjustable, so that a novice or an elite athlete will see gains from engaging in them. I emphasize engagement and flow in a way that keeps the workout fun and challenging at the same time.
