I am a certified personal trainer that specializes in calisthenics bodyweight exercises and i typically work with moms and dads ages 30-55, i also teach breakdancing to kids ages 6-10, 11-21 years old.

Certified personal trainer, breakdance instructor with over 15 years of experience.

I competed in breakdance competitions in nyc, danced with dj for parties and special events, have taught dance in many schools in brooklyn new york

Bodyweight circuit, hiit, cardio, aerobics, breakdancing, calisthenics.
In a typical session we would have a warmup consisting of dynamic stretching, jogging and full body movements, there is little to no equipement needed in me sessions besides a matt, water and a towel.
