I have coached athletes of all ages and experience levels. High school, collegiate, and professional athletes. I do not believe in sport specific training. I train people to become better at human movement and this improves their performance not just for their specific sport or interests, but improves their performance at life in general. I utilize a proprietary method of training protocols designed to eliminate injury, improve balance, coordination, nervous system development, and connective tissue strength, which leads to usable strength development. I personally was able to use this training system to overcome what had been termed a "career ending" injury and went on to play in every game in my final two years of collegiate football.

Each client can expect to be treated uniquely. I will assess a clients movement efficiency and then address compensations based on that assessment. Sessions will be intense and we will focus on quality movement as opposed to quantity. The purpose of these sessions is to enable people/athletes to realize that they are capable of achievement at a high level if they understand the qualities that elicit elite performance. If we can understand those qualities and have stimulus that reinforce those qualities than we can create duplicable and consistent performance. A true athlete is capable of eliciting the same performance every day regardless of the circumstances. That is what makes them great. In this system, "The will to prepare for success is more important than the will for success" will become the mantra. The training sessions can be adapted to fit the athletes needs. We can perform them in a weight room, on the track, or programs can even be designed to be performed at home.
