Fitness industry experience spanning more than 25 years, beginning as an Intern Fitness Trainer & Strength Coach for the U.S. Virgin Islands Weightlifting Federation in 1990. In 1996 started "Fitness Component Training" as owner & operator entering into the industry as an independently contracted CPT & Coach. I have formerly worked in the fitness industry with and for Holiday Spa, Bally’s Total Fitness, LA Fitness IDEA, ACE & Reebok. (Letters of recommendation available upon request)

I have experience in training and coaching all ages, abilities & special needs (12-60 years) both individual and group. I primarily train and coach individuals and athletes in becoming:

> Exercise correction of injuries and weaknesses
> Education and instruction on proper training and techniques
> Improving skillsets and physical abilities for their respective sports or activities.

I have participated and competed in a variety of sports and physical activities in High School, Jr. College and Life:

My training programs and workouts are based upon the "Optimum Performance Training Model” which uses an "Integrated Fitness Training" approach. Each workout includes the following type of training:
• Core
• Balance
• Reactive, Speed & Agility
• Muscular Endurance & Strength
• Cardio Respiratory
• Flexibility

My training program also uses exercises and drills that are specific to the activities and sports the athlete participates in. My training philosophy is to condition and train the body properly, safely and progressively, along with all of its contributing components to function together optimally. “Creating a strong chain with no weak links”. The most important aspect of my training program is its adaptability. My training programs and techniques can be used to achieve any “Fitness Goal” for any sport or activity.

Before designing any training program, each athlete is assessed on their basic physical abilities and skills needed for their sport or activity.
