have extensive experience coaching and mentoring athletes at the highest levels, drawing from my professional career in Major League Soccer, the Saudi Pro League, and over 70 international caps with the Jamaican National Team. I have worked with players across a wide range of abilities — from youth academy prospects to elite professionals — focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, fitness, and mental preparation.

I have competed at both the collegiate and professional levels. I played NCAA Division I soccer for the University of Hartford from 2011 to 2013, earning multiple conference honors and becoming the only player in my conference actively representing his national team while in college.

I was drafted 8th overall in the first round of the 2014 MLS SuperDraft, launching a professional career that has spanned Major League Soccer, the Saudi Pro League, the Egyptian Premier League, the USL Championship, and the Jamaican National Premier League. Internationally, I have earned over 70 caps for the Jamaican National Team, serving as vice-captain and competing in major tournaments such as the CONCACAF Gold Cup and Copa América.
