My coaching background stems from 2007 when I coached at Heart Lake Secondary School in Brampton for the Jr. boys and Jr. Girls teams as an assistant coach for two seasons. In 2010 I coached as an assistant with Motion Marksmen u14 team that competed in the OBA provincial championships.

I did not play at the collegiate level. I chose education over basketball. I believe that all athletes aspire to play in their respective sport professionally. I realized that I wasn't at the level to play pro. I will always have a love and passion for basketball. What I enjoy most is teaching life skills to these athletes growing up. The goal is to sow into the player(s) and hopefully they can share what I have sown into them with someone else.
Typically the Group workouts are filled with lots of repetition and competitive games/ drills. I take the time to get to know the players that I work with. On occasion I schedule a performance coach to workout players in the group sessions as it's equally important for players to work on their bodies as much as they work on their game.
1-1 skill development sessions are catered towards the needs of the player and I also take the time to attend a high school game or basketball tournament to then provide feedback to athlete to further improve their overall game.
