More About Coach Cynthia
I have extensive training and education on fitness, nutrition, and how our body moves and functions. I work with all ages, both male and female clients alike.
I am a retired Army combat veteran and certified personal fitness coach with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have an extensive background in both fitness and boxing.
We will warm up first to prevent injuries, teach education about the body and how each exercise that is done plays a part in why they are doing what they are doing for growth purposes. I love the TRX system because it is the best strength training you could do to become stronger. I also train with kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells. Then we go through our cool down phase before the session ends. Most importantly, training shouldn’t be boring, we have fun!
