More About Coach Cynthia

I am a personal trainer, and group trainer. I have been training for about 5 years. My most rewarding athlete was a vintage car racer, in 3 yrs he reached his goal to race at MIS in Michigan. I do a lot at my home plus 3 yrs at Anytime Fitness, I work with everyone and right now, I have a very enthusiastic 17 yr old! But mostly women and men 30+ I am NASM certified.

Bass Lake Olympic triathlon would be my most rewarding and biggest accomplishment to date. I played for a women's hockey team that was fun. My awards come from triathlon sprints, fun obstacle courses, the leukemia lymphoma Society, these were very rewarding to me. I convinced a number of people to get involved with these activities, and I trained a lot of people for these fun runs and obstacle courses.

Each session is different according to the customer's needs, but if I do a HIIT work out or Cardio session, I seem to work out with them. I am always changing up my Workouts, my favorite and clients always comment on is the endurance workout most just want to be in shape be able to play with their kids, run up the stairs, just keep with their friends. I try to get them to do this kind of work out at least 2-3 times a week. I learned it from NASM it's a full body modify /show demo
1.dynamic stretching
2. Abs(bicycles, planks) 2 set 20 count(1min)
3. 1 legs rows (balance)
4. kettle Bell/ Dumbell clean and press(full body)
5. Bent over rows/ cable rows/DB row
6. Bands delts, lateral raise, Front shoulder raise, shoulder presses
7.bicep curls
8. Tricep extensions
9. Sumo squats
end with some stretching a nice cool down.

I haven't really dealt with a bodybuilder, but I would love to be part of that kind of body transformation. I've seen great success with my clients it makes me feel good, proud of them and their accomplishments.
