I have more than 10 years of coaching experience working with players of different ages and skill levels, from young beginners to competitive youth athletes.

My coaching career began in Spain, where I developed players using a methodology focused on technical development, tactical understanding, and creating a positive learning environment. Since moving to the United States, I have coached at Pflugerville FC and currently coach at Barça Academy Austin, working with players in a highly structured, player-centered development program.

I have experience coaching boys and girls ranging from U5 to U16, adapting every session to the player's age, ability, and individual goals. Whether I am working with beginners or advanced players, my objective is to help each athlete improve technically, gain confidence, and develop a better understanding of the game.

I hold a UEFA A Coaching License and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education and practical coaching experience. My passion is helping every player reach their full potential while enjoying the game.

I developed as a player in the Sevilla FC youth academy, where I learned the importance of technical excellence, tactical understanding, and professionalism from an early age.

After my youth career, I competed in Spain's senior football system, including the former Tercera División, facing highly competitive environments that helped shape my understanding of the game.

These experiences, combined with my coaching education and years of working with young players, allow me to teach not only technical skills but also the discipline, decision-making, and mentality required to continue progressing as a football player.

My coaching philosophy is centered on helping players become more confident, technically skilled, and intelligent on the field. Every session is personalized based on the player's age, experience, position, and individual goals.

I currently coach at Barça Academy Austin and previously coached at Pflugerville FC. My training methodology is influenced by the Spanish style of play, with an emphasis on technical excellence, decision-making, and understanding the game.

A typical session begins with a dynamic warm-up and ball mastery exercises to improve coordination, balance, and confidence in possession. We then move into technical work focused on first touch, passing, dribbling, finishing, receiving under pressure, and 1v1 situations.

As the session progresses, I incorporate realistic game scenarios that challenge players to make quick decisions, improve their awareness, and apply their technical skills in match-like situations. I also include speed, agility, and movement exercises to help players become more explosive and efficient on the field.

Beyond technical development, I believe in building confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic. I create a positive environment where players are encouraged to challenge themselves, enjoy the learning process, and develop a true passion for the game.

At the end of each session, I provide feedback to both the player and parents, along with recommendations for continued improvement. My goal is not only to help players perform better on game day, but also to develop smarter, more complete footballers who enjoy every step of their development.
