I currently am the head coach of a girls club program called the San diego Bulldogs. I have 3rd-8th graders. I typically work with age groups 10-17 and have been training kids for 4 years.

I played collegiate basketball for 1 year at The University of Arizona and 4 years at San Diego State University, I also played in the WNBA for 3 years after college. While I was in college I was a WBCA all american and player of the year in my conference. I also earned all mountain west first team honors two years in a row. My fresh men year at the U of A I was named to the all Pac-10 freshmen team.

A client can expect to develop a strong basketball foundation when training with me. Each client is different so I use the first session to observe skill and see where the client is lacking. Most of my workouts start with ball handling and passing drills and then we progress into shooting form and shooting drills. Each and every workout is different for each client and is based on how advanced the player is.
