I have achieved several playing highlights since I started playing soccer at age 4. I have been playing for over 30 years and coaching for over 15 years.

Parents and players can expect a customized session each time. When a player comes to train with me for the first time, I normally use the first session to discover strengths and weaknesses and discuss areas that they want to improve on.

Sessions are usually 60, 90, or 120 minutes long depending on the request and my availability.

Lessons are normally held on the weekends and the three locations listed on my profile. I do offer on site training and group lessons if a location can be provided if I am traveling to you. Rates are different for traveling and is subject to my availability.

I offer one on one sessions, small group lessons, and summer camps. I also sometimes run seasonal camps as well (winter break, etc.)

Client Reviews

I appreciate how he takes the time to understand our needs and cater his training, which he can do on the fly. He also explains why he is doing what he does. Even better is his approach to honest and helpful feedback, which some coaches have a hard time with: tough to balance constructive criticism without breaking spirits.
He also has a strong understanding of his level and what players at his age should be able to do.

Madison had a fantastic experience despite the pouring rain. We'll be back for sure.

Our 13 year old son started having sessions with Cory about three months ago and we saw the player development begin from the moment they met. We had never hired a personal trainer before so weren’t entirely sure what to expect in the beginning and, several sessions later, we have been so impressed with the obvious results that we just can’t speak highly enough. Our son has shown significant improvement in just the few sessions that he’s had – it is apparent to us that he would not be anywhere near this trajectory of development if he stayed just playing on his team. Cory has a great eye for what needs to be tweaked in a player's style and form and knows how to address them so that there are immediate results. He also has an accessible communication style – easy to understand, constructive and positive – and he coaches the player non-stop as they're going through the drills. To walk onto the turf with a subtle grasp, if any, on a technique and then later walk off after having actually performed them several times . . . That’s a huge confidence boost for players and what we’ve been fortunate enough to have witnessed for our son. No doubt in our minds, Cory is a huge asset to the kids that he trains and we were really lucky to find him!
Cory offers a great price for outstanding training. My son has only had about 8 Goalie sessions with him, and even after about the 4th session there were MAJOR improvements. He's helped my sons Keeper abilities improve immensely especially his Punting (which was nonexistent before). My son has learned more at his training sessions with Cory, than he has in the 3 years he's been a keeper on his team. THANK YOU so Much for being a great trainer and overall for making my son excited again about the sport.
For the last 3 years Cory has been providing private keeper instruction for my 15 year-old Sophomore. He has been an instructor & mentor, drawing on his many years experience as a player/coach. His attention to detail & ability to teach the intricacies of goal keeping allowed my son to win the Varsity keeper job as a Freshman. Cory's punctuality and availability has made him particularly valuable when my son feels that his technique needs polishing. I know that sessions with Cory will be run at the appropriate skill level, be vigorous workouts while being educational and fun.
Cory, you'll be happy to know, that my son has just been hand picked from an entire league to be the Keeper at the State Tournament for a Really competitive team!! and we attribute this to the training sessions with you!! THANKS SO MUCH!!
We have a 16 year old daughter that started training with Cory last year at the Keeper position. Cory has not only improved her physical game but her mental game also, even during breaks he is teaching in casual conversation. He has been very dependable and has shown up on time to all sessions. Cory is very good with taking a player no matter what level they start at and bring them up to speed at their own pace. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with our daughters progress... Thank you Cory
Both my son (keeper) and my daughter (field) have benefited from private training with Cory. He is positive and humorous all while teaching them new skills and improving their game. Cory has always gone above and beyond our expectations with promptness, level of training and enthusiasm. I would highly recommend Cory!
my 14 year old son has worked with cory for several months now. we have seen quite an improvement in his skills and game, especially since he was switched to a new position this year. ming enjoys cory's training and plans to continue working with him as he enters high school competition this upcoming fall.
