My baseball experience has mainly been as a player, however I have had outstanding coaches helping me grow and improve my skills throughout my playing career. The lessons I have learned from these coaches will be evident when training my clients.

Former AAA Outfielder with the Atlanta Braves and Left handed pitcher with the Miami Marlins. Rated “Best Defensive Outfielder”, “Best Outfield Arm”, “Best Strike Zone Discipline” in 2010; Rated “Best Outfield Arm” in 2011; Rated “Best Outfield Arm” in 2012 by Baseball America. Also played several seasons with the Southern Illinois Miners in the Frontier league and Somerset Patriots in the Atlantic League

At Elon University I had an 87 game on-base streak which was the longest streak in the country.

Baseball is all about repetition. My clients will get their reps in, but its all about quality, not necessarily quantity. We will also spend time working on the mental side of baseball which is as important if not more! I want to help my clients reach the highest levels of baseball. I have performed just about every drill there is and understand the importance them. I am a student of the game and want my players to be as well.
