More About Coach Corey
For the last 4 years I have been the Associate Head Coach at Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena, Texas. We have seen an extreme amount of success during this time and have turned, a once struggling program, around. I have also been a Head Coach at Prep Star Elite Basketball Academy for one year. This is a summer AAU team that travels around the nation playing in high level tournaments.
I specialize in strength and conditioning as well as individual development based on need (finishing at the rim, footwork, shooting, etc.)
2 year Varsity player at La Porte High School. I have created a detailed strength and conditioning program that is sure to see increases in strength, speed and agility.
Prior to meeting for a session a detailed conversation will be had to discuss your player’s needs. Based on the information I gather from that conversation I will develop a plan for your athlete.
I like to begin my sessions with a 10-15 minute warm up session that includes stretching, shooting, and moving. Once the athlete is warmed up, we will move into the development stage.
