I currently play baseball in the San Francisco Giants organization. I’m here in Scottsdale rehabbing a minor injury and have some spare time on my hands! This past year I split time between High A (San Jose Giants), AA (Richmond Flying Squirrels), and AAA ( Sacramento Rivercats) affiliates. As far as coaching goes, I’ve been coaching and doing lessons every off season since 2014 when I started my professional career. I’ve done individual lessons as well as group oriented lessons.

Played baseball at Old Dominion University where I was drafted in the 15th round by the Miami Marlins. In 2015 I was with the Washington Nationals where I ended the year in AAA. 2016- until now I’ve been with the San Francisco Giants playing as high as AAA. 5’11 195 pound right handed pitcher who sits 92-94 topping at 96 this past year.

A typical session would include a dynamic warmup activating all muscles of the body getting it prepared to fire. Pre throw shoulder routine including weighed balls and bands. The pitching developmental lesson for that day. Then an intense post throwing recovery routine to help make the shoulder and forearm bullet proof.
